Title: Estate lighting

I have finally had a reply from Highways Dept admitting that there are several lights not working on North Road and David Street which require new bulbs so hopefully we will have some lit roads soon!

Don't worry about the new tarmac, Richard and I need to practice , for Paris-Roubaix!   ;D
