Title: MONSTER 24th June 2017- who's up for it?

200km (124miles) 4000m of climbing

300km (186miles) 6500m of climbing  :o :o
TOUGHER THAN 99.9% OF OTHER SPORTIVES
The monster for the money was really well organised and an awesome route.

Much as I loved doing the Monster, I think I may give it a miss thank you!

Mmmmmmmmmmm!!

Done think I've recovered, yet, from this years. Not sure how I got through it, in fact probably wouldn't have without a 80 mile tow from Greg  :-\
