All,
I hope to be in a position to open the club store this coming Sunday, 9 October. The store will be open for a week as previous and once I am able to confirm the date I will add all the necessary links and guidance to this thread.
The kit available will include the previous custom kit;
Ascent short sleeve skin suit
Arm warmers
Shoe covers
Mitts
Cap
Plus
Ascent short sleeve jersey
Continental long sleeve jersey
The jerseys will be in a wide range of sizes and in men's and women's fit.
The store will also include Pactimo base layers.
The fit kits are being delivered to me on Wednesday and I hope to get them to club night on Friday. I'm not around on Friday so could someone offer to take them for me please. I'll drop them off with you for you do this, this would be much appreciated. It is important that you all try the fit kits in order to get the sizing correct. The kit is no return.

Yes the skinsuits are short sleeved.
We've gone with the continental range for the long sleeve jersey as it is a warmer jersey than the ascent. It has some loft/roubaix on the lining. But it is just a jersey and you would need another layer over it for the winter.
I'm pretty sure there is a medium winter jacket still in stock which would be a good buy for you.

Sorry there isn't the size for you.
We can review the stock levels of the gilets and move them over to Pactimo next, but this is likely to be in the Spring now.

I now have the fit kits from Pactimo for the sizing. I have them for one week only. Is someone able to take them to this week's club night for me please as I am not able to attend. I can drop them off with you and collect.
Is there an option to have access to the Church Hall at some other time for members to try the new kit for size?
The only other option is to progress the order without the check on the sizing and there is obvious risk with that.

I plan to open the Pactimo Club Store sometime towards the end of next weeek.
Pactimo have supplied fit kits for the sizing and these will be available at the Club night this Friday and this Friday only. Thank you Nigel for your help with this. I received the fit kits yeasterday but can only have them for a week. If you are planning on ordering from the Club Store it is important that you try the kit for size as the orders are no return.

Nick, all my club kit is medium. I can try on the Pactimo jerseys for size and let you know if they are consistent with the current kit?
There may also be a sizing guide on their web site.

It would helpful to have some feedback on the sizing from those who tried on the fit kits on Friday.
I'm usually a medium in the club kit.
I think the Continental long sleeve jerseys are coming up on the generous side and I would have to go down to a small for this.
The Ascent short sleeve is a much tighter fit. The medium is very tight fitting on me and I could even go up to a large.

The short sleeve is very tight :o I'm an xl in that.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, you will then be charged VAT at 20% and a handling and delivery fee of 2%. For new customers, once you have selected your items and gone to the basket to pay you will be prompted to create an account.
If you are using a visa debit you should inform your bank first as otherwise the purchase transaction will be blocked by your bank. Pactimo are a US-based clothing company and banks will initially block visa debit transactions. When banks are informed prior to placing the order the transactions will be processed without any problem. Visa and Master Card are accepted but not American Express. ENTERED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, if a wrong size is entered we can alter it BEFORE we close the team store but not after the store has been closed. ALL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURN which is why we had the fit kits for the sizing.
We will not be purchasing for stock and plan to open the store again very early in the new year. We may add further custom items at this time to include gilets and shorts.
If you encounter any problems just let me know and I will look to get them resolved with our account manager.

Hi Richard, I couldn't get to the club last week. Is the ascent jersey sizing the same as the skinsuit? I had a medium in that but it is a tight fit! Thanks.

The Pactimo club kit order has been delivered today, that is just 3 weeks turnaround from placing the order.
I will bring the kit up to the club night on Friday. I appreciate that the Auction is taking place this Friday.

The club store will open again for one week as planned from next Monday 23 January. This will give us delivery at the end of February and in good time for those going to Majorca 12 to 19 March.
I will add all the necessary links and guidance to this thread again before the store is opened, this guidance is available earlier in this thread.
The kit available will include the previous custom kit, we have already hit the minimum volumes on this kit so there will be no minimums this time around;

Richard, I already have the short-sleeved jersey (from the autumn shop), but would like some matching bib tights. Any chance they could be made available too?

Mark, The shorts/tights issue is yet to be resolved unfortunately. Hopefully it can be discussed in some detail at the next committee meeting so we can agree a way forward. We still have a lot of the Bioracer and Decca shorts in stock which is the reason for the delay in switching over to Pactimo for these items. The Bioracer shorts are good quality but the amount of yellow in the design is an issue for a number of people and the reason we don't seem to be moving the stock. It is less of an issue with the tights than the shorts but the two need to be sorted together. Sorry.
Teresa, can we get this on the agenda for next meeting please.

This was agreed and communicated previously Tom. See my post of 2 September on "Club Kit" thread following the committee meeting on that same day. This just applies to the jerseys.

I'm tracking it on FedEx, it is due to be delivered to me on Monday morning. I'm happy for people to collect from my house then in the evenings next week. Just get in touch to arrange collection once I've confirmed I've taken delivery.

I've taken delivery of the kit today.
I'm around tomorrow pm and Monday evening if you want to collect from my house especially if the kit is needed for Majorca. It is Wales England next Friday so I won't be at the club night next Friday.

Hi all, I've been out of it for a while. I hear that there's some old/discounted kit hanging around that is unsold. The last I bought was Decca shorts in 2012. Please excuse the lack of up-to-date knowledge but what is the issue with the "too much yellow"?
Are thee any pictures of this too much yellow to make a judgement?
