Rode the medium distance of this Sportive on Sunday. What a cracking day! Excellent course, same amount of ascent as Velothon but over 65 miles and far more interesting. (including v. slippery cattle grids)
Fantastic scenery, quite roads, well marshalled and excellent feed stations. Also do a 100+ mile route
Thinking of organizing a weekend for next year. Its the Bank Holiday weekend, travel up Saturday morning, ride the sportive Sunday, our own route Monday and back in the evening. Loads of B&Bs and pubs in Aber, could make for a good club outing.
