I'm working away for the next few weeks, so I won't be out on a Sunday until the 24th. Hopefully one of the regular Amblers will post a route over the next fortnight. Enjoy your riding.

Niceish day - anyone fancy Bwlch, Rhigos, Abedare, Pontypridd.

About 100k - I'll be taking it easy on the hills - not quite over a cold (not to mention fat  ;D )

All welcome, option to do 90k rather than full distance.
Be a bit quicker but no mountains.
