still waiting for my new legs to arrive from E bay, so will be going to Afan Argoed, cup of tea then over the Bwlch. All are welcome no one will be left behind!!!

I'll be squelching through the mud at the Green Man Festival Ron so won't be out this weekend!

Sounds like a great plan Ron. See you Sunday

Hi,
I'm interested in joining the club and would like to have a go at your club ride. I'm training for a sportive and have done solo rides around the 50 odd mile mark. Not great on hills at the moment (gravity unfortunately!) but average around 15 mph on rolling terrain (including Bwlch from Rhondda side - the easier route). Would I be OK with this group?
If so, what time do you meet?
Thanks,
Daren

Had to cut short this morning's ride. Delevoped a slow puncture, due to my rear tyre being almost bald. Only realised when we went through Blackmill. Thought i'd chance it, but it would of been silly climbing that far out with a dodgy tyre.
Hoped you all had a good ride! Thanks for letting me tag along..

10 out this morning. Wayne, Daren, Steve C, Chris Mogg, John T, Ron, Andy Wick, Andrew Foster, Neil, and myself out this morning. After suggesting going over the Bwlch Ron decided to cut it short just before the climb up to the Bwlch. As Andy Wick said he had to cut it short. Wayne cut the ride short at the top of the Bwlch family commitments.
So 7 of us headed west and descended towards the Avon Valley mountain bike center. We had a nice cupper, then went onto Port Talbot Margam, Pyle, Parc Slip then made your way home. Well done to Daren who kept up with most of the way around. You can see your route on Strava.
I clocked 46 miles door to door see you in a few weeks.

Cheers all for having me. Hills were a struggle for me, but enjoyed it. Feeling it now though.
Was just under 50 miles. Harder than when I ride on my own. Hopefully should see a difference n the coming months. Off next Sunday so will tag along again.
