Title: Pacers Sunday 13th December

Roll out with the Amblers (try and drag a few along with us) to Brynmenyn and Shwt. Never ridden Shwt and don't know the way!

Separate after Bryn to carry on over Cimla and return via Neath to Porthcawl for coffee stop. Then Ogmore, Wick, St.Athan, Cowbridge and Treoes.

Jon Saunders will be on his new machine this weekend, I'm sure he will be up for the pacers run with all the extra speed he will have at his disposal.🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼

Good miles today, final batch of 'speed work' from St Bride's broke me, limped home from Cowbridge.

Struggled with empty legs today, cp20 + works night out= tough outing!
