Next session is this Saturday 21st at 2:00pm.
Why not come along and practice your skills for an hour and then tag on a ride after, weather looks brighter for the weekend. 8)
We'll practice group riding skills again this week, bit of fun and games if we get enough people and while I can't guarantee it'll make you a better rider, I promise it won't make you any worse! :D
Meet at 'chain gang' car park, west end of Bridgend Industrial Estate, session normally last 45 mins to an hour

Whats the pace like Andy? I'll be on my steel beast and don't want a total hammering with Sunday in mind.
-
Easy! Just do skills coaching in the car park, so obviously speed is controlled.
Then go out and practice a bit on the estate, pace dictated by the slowest person.
Normally me!! I'll be on my commuter, racks and all.

Hi Andy
I am not a member of the club but is it ok if I join up with you on Saturday? I'm not in great condition after giving up smoking 18 months ago and putting on some weight but I am keen to learn some new skills and hopefully get fitter!
cheers
-
Absolutely, session is open to all!
As I've said it's mainly practising skills, in traffic free area, which will be at controlled speed. You can then join us riding on the estate putting it into practice.

Glad you enjoyed Scott, try and link up with the club runs on Sunday morning, you'll be made welcome.
Just seen your post in 'club runs', go along and join in, Ron will show you the ropes.

Thanks Andy. I did go on Sunday morning and met Ron who did indeed show us the ropes. We did the 25 miler with Ian, another newbie. I had a mechanical a few miles from home but it was a good morning. Looking forward to repeating it.
Thanks again
