A reminder that the OVW AGM is coming up shortly (Friday 6th November 2015)

All OVW members should have received an email with the agenda and previous minutes.

Please make every effort to attend, as it is important that members understand the work involved in running the club.

lots of public events on Friday night, especially the one I'm attending, just getting my "excuse" in early.

Shouldn't come as a surprise that it is on the 6th this year.  The date was on the last AGM mins - One year's notice  ;)

It has been around this time for as long as I can remember, and is in the Official Rules and Constitution (which you will all know off by heart )   :P

"The Annual General Meeting of the OVW shall be held annually on the first Friday of November (unless this is November 5th, in which case the meeting will be held on October 29th)"

Can I take your 'excuse' as an apol, Ron ?

Last reminder re the AGM this Friday

Please make every effort to come along. It is an excellent way to see how the club is run.

I have received very few apologies, so I am expecting to see a full room  ;)

Tennis around the bonfire cancelled due to rain, can't make the Stag do, run out of excuses so I will have to attend the AGM.
